The practice of Yoga has many benefits for the mind and body. Based in science, studies show that Yoga make us feel good! I love that as a teacher I have the ability to share that feeling with others. I enjoy teaching to all levels of students and take pride in leading smart sequences and safe transitions.
Although I take Yoga very seriously I believe working out should be fun! As an instructor I honor the integrity and history of Yoga in the spiritual sense, while making the physical aspect of yoga accessible to everyone. My "style" of teaching varies depending on who is in the room, but count on a practice of heart opening, breathe-linked, conscious movements.
