Just B Tween “Balanced Beauty” Workshops
Gather a group of your daughter’s friends for a “Balanced Beauty” workshop. Alison Burmeister, Certified Yoga Instructor, Professional Makeup Artist and Mother to a “Tween” daughter shares her years of experience and insight as a beauty and wellness expert in a 90-minute “Balanced Beauty” session created just for girls entering into the “Pre-Teen” years.
Session includes Yoga for posture, core-strength and stretching, appropriate “clean” makeup application and skincare plus an opportunity to discover mindfulness through journaling and drawing.
Cost: $250.00
The Just B Tween workshop is appropriate for all girls ages 11-13 year old, especially girls who play sports, dance and/or spend time on a technology device.
This workshop is designed to give girls the freedom to look and feel good in their bodies and empower their minds with kindness and confidence.

Makeup + Wine
Invite your friends, moms and daughters to talk makeup while enjoying the beverage of your choice in the comfort of your own home. We discuss the latest makeup tips, tricks and trends, the best looks for the season and overall general makeup questions and concerns. By the end of the event women will have the opportunity to clean house on their own makeup (I encourage women to bring their makeup bags to see what they are using that is working and possibly recommend a few items that may be better) and receive a mini-makeover by professional makeup artist, Me!

Yoga + Tea
Gather your friends and family for a semi-private (group) Yoga lesson in your home. The instruction is appropriate for all ages and levels and consists of a 75 minute yoga class taught in a Vinyasa Flow style.
Receive the benefit of personalized instruction pinpointing the specific needs of each individual’s practice. Find ways to deepen your practice and perfect each posture with safe and conscious instruction from certified Yoga Instructor, Me!

Yoga Hike was originally designed with moms in mind as an opportunity to exercise while enjoying the outdoors with their babies. Class consists of yoga warm-up stretches, a hike though Temescal Canyon and relaxation/breath work. It is Perfect for moms who are ready to regain their core strength and cardiovascular health while connecting with nature and bonding with their child.
Now Yoga Hike is for everyone! The basic principles are the same whether you have a child or not. In fact many Dad's like to join us too!
